Following a seamless mobilisation within two weeks, we implemented a bespoke preventive maintenance schedule and assigned a dedicated Key Account Manager to ensure clear, consistent communication with both local store managers and senior teams. Our team was fully trained on Tesco’s CAFM systems to optimise operations. Over the past three years, we’ve successfully reduced downtime and enhanced lift availability, leading to an expanded role that now includes Tesco HQs across London and additional locations, a partnership that continues to thrive today.
